One Note Stand A Cappella was founded with a passion for music and a love for harmony. It all started in 2016 when Chandler and Dylan, the two founding members of ONS, were enjoying a drink on a fine evening and they heard a song by the YChromes an a cappella group from the University of Delaware. Inspired by the group, it was then that they decided to start a group of their own. With just three weeks to prepare for their first performance at Acapalooza, an a cappella show featuring all of CU Boulder's 7 groups, they worked tirelessly to perfect their sound and bring their vision to life. Now, One Note Stand A Cappella is recognized as a staple in the CU Boulder community! A group that contributes to immensely to the community by helping produce events like Acapalooza but also helping unite all the groups together to celebrate the love and appreciation for A Cappella.
